01/03/03: Fixed area_wx.php web page. The rain totals, pcolors and preceip cloud were not consistent for all reporting stations.

01/01/03: Turned off Allen's weather program and switched the Peet station over to WXN weather code. New system has radiation monitor and uses a postgres SQL data base for storage.
